steady to 2.00 lower; sknd hams 1.00 lower; sdls bellies 14-16 lbs 3.00 higher; 
lean trimmings steady.  Trading moderate, with light to moderate demand and 
offerings.

Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values weak to lower on moderate demand and moderate to heavy
offerings. Select and Choice rib, chuck, round and loin cuts weak to lower. Beef
trimmings lower on moderate to good demand and moderate to heavy offerings.
